The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to exercise their power conferred on them under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, by removing the encroachment caused by the private respondent No. 9 over a piece of land, which is a Public land situate at Mauza Bakipur, Machchariyawan, Mahal-Bakipur Machchariyawan, in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23520 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 District of Patna, bearing Tauzi No. 15, Thana No. 27, Khata No. 136, Khesra No. 1519, admeasuring 7 decimals and Khata No. 137, Khesra No. 1512 admeasuring 45 decimals. It does not appear from the pleadings that the petitioner ever approached any authority raising the grievance as raised in the present writ application.

This application, therefore, cannot be maintained. This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.
