Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017 (Spl. Case No. 168 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18, 21(b), 20, 22(a), 28, 29, 30 of N.D.P.S. Act Informant who is A.S.I. has stated that when he along with other police personnel were searching vehicles on Digha-Gandhi Maidan Road at about 3:45 P.M. petitioner along with two persons came on motorcycle and tried to flee away but were chased and caught and after search 250 grms. Charas was recovered from the pocket of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63939 of 2018(2) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-III, Patna (Spl. Judge N.D.P.S. Act), in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017 (Spl. Case No.168 of 2017).
