Patna High Court MJC No.4907 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 on 28.09.2020, which is annexed as Annexure-A to the show cause filed by the contemnors, hence, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to assail the aforesaid order dated 28.09.2020, in case he is aggrieved by the same. Liberty so sought, is granted.
