Informant, ASI during night patrolling found Alto Car being rashly and negligently driven in such manner casting doubt, whereupon the same was stopped. On search, two bottles of Officer's Choice blue green whiskey (each containing 375 ml.) were seized therefrom. On interrogation the occupant of the car, namely, Chandan Kumar (driver) and Sanjay Kumar disclosed that they have transported wine in huge quantity from the place of Sudhir Mandal to the person having mobile No. 7549552350 as well as 9304115633 and a raid was conducted accordingly, wherefrom 59.250 litres of Indian origin foreign liquor has been seized and for that, these two petitioners, being female as well
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77349 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 as youngest member of the family have been arrested and on account thereof, are under custody since 23.10.2019, having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Sandhya Devi and Raja Sahani, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.II cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with G.O.Case No. 1079/ 2019 arising out of Simri P.S.Case No. 196/2019.
