Despite the entitlement of the petitioner for being paid the benefits of 2nd and 3rd A.C.P., the same has not been made available to her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the representations of the petitioner before the District Education Officer, Munger

Patna High Court CWJC No.25084 of 2019(2) dt.13-12-2019 2/2 several times, no action has been taken. The last of the representations appears to have been filed in the month of October, 2019, which too has not yet been responded to.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the District Education Officer, Munger, charting out her claims in clear terms, within a period of four weeks. On receipt of the aforesaid representation, the same shall be looked into, facts to be verified and the claim of the petitioner be ascertained and if it is found to be tenable, necessary orders shall be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
