2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45730 of 2023.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons fired indiscriminately upon the deceased who sustained 11 injuries.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that out of six chargesheeted witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and the trial and the trial is held up because the informant is not appearing to to depose.

5. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur is directed to produce the informant in the trial Court on the next date of hearing in the case so that the trial is not delayed.

6. This application is again dismissed.
