2. The present application has been preferred for seeking extension of time for surrendering before the learned Court below by way of modification of order dated 26.09.2025 passed on Cr. Misc. No. 63225 of 2025 by this Court.

3. The Cr. Misc. No. 34642 of 2025 (Hareram Sah Vs. State) was disposed of on 22.05.2025 with direction to the petitioner to surrender within eight weeks and in that circumstance, the same shall be taken and disposed of on the same day.

4. Subsequently, Cr. Misc. No. 63225 of 2025 was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84726 of 2025(2) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 preferred by the petitioner submitting that he failed to surrender within the aforesaid time and as such, the period be extended by further four weeks. This was allowed on 26.09.2025 (Annexure2 to the petition).

5. Instead of diligently surrendering before the Court concerned, the fresh petition has been preferred for further extension of time.

6. This Court cannot give such a long rope to the petitioner to surrender. It is surprising that even the Police has not acted against him despite the fact that he is roaming free after the Cr. Misc. No. 34642 of 2025 was permitted to be withdrawn on 22.05.2025.

7. This Court is not inclined to extend further time to him.

8. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 84726 of 2025 is rejected.
