Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.591 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 363/366(A)/34 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons took away the minor daughter of the informant with intention to marry her or might have killed her. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged has ever taken place. The victim girl and the co-accused Sumit Kumar were in love affair and they eloped together. There is no specific

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the statement of the victim was recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C., in which, she has specifically stated that the petitioner has kidnapped her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the statement of the victim, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
