Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 258 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is the police officer has alleged that petitioner was apprehended with the stolen motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is the bona fide purchaser of the said motorcycle and the certificates was not handed over to him by its seller. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 28.08.2018.

Case No. 258 of 2018.
