2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made representations before the competent authority i.e., respondent No. 3 ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider the representations made by the petitioner (Annexure-P/9 series) dated 17.04.2023, 15.05.2023 & 30.08.2024 as expeditiously as

Patna High Court CWJC No.19661 of 2024(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent No. 3 shall duly take into consideration the contents of the representations made by the petitioner and give an opportunity to the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
