The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 117 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 21.250 litres of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent.
