Case No. 155 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 413, 414, 411, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even according to the F.I.R., he has purchased the same from the other accused. He is in custody since 21.09.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five
