Mr.Ajay Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, G.R. No.2243 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that he obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged documents.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30 of 2020(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.74010 of 2019 and order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.81541 of 2019. He further submits that in paragraph-14 of the bail petition, the service of the petitioner has been dismissed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019, G.R. No.2243 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
