2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have committed murder of the father of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is the female. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and she is languishing in judicial custody since 19.06.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State and informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86441 of 2024(2) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 oppose the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bairgachhi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if she fails to appear on two consecutive dates her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
