2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others were caught terrorizing the local people.
4. One mobile has been recovered from the petitioner. The recovery of the illegal weapon is from another co-accused. The petitioner is in jail since 19.10.2023 having clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2023.
7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Naokothi Police Station, Begusarai on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
