2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 26.05.2022 before the respondent no.5, which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within four weeks before the respondent no.5 and respondent no.5 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.5 shall be held responsible

Patna High Court CWJC No.282 of 2025(3) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
