2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and both of them i.e. petitioner and the victim (informant) are living together, as husband and wife. To this effect, an affidavit of the victim has been annexed as Annexure - 4 to the bail petition.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VII cum Spl. Judge (POCSO Court), Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, subject to the conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
