Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar, O.P.) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner is of committing loot and firing upon Aditya Shahi (deceased) and Binod Shahi. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is not named in FIR. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Abhishek Kumar Srivastav and except confession nothing is against petitioner. Nothing has

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali (Belsar, O.P.)
