JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.10.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 64611 of 2019 , whereby and whereunder, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on which, he will be released on provisional bail for a period of six months to the satisfaction of the court below and the court below shall issue notice to the opposite party no.2 and on her appearance, he will refer the matter to the District Mediation Center for an amicable settlement between the parties and after receipt of the report and considering the conduct of the parties, the court below shall pass an appropriate order either
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81711 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 confirming the bail bonds of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any other order or orders which may be deemed fit and proper.
Now the modification application has been filed for extension of time on the ground that he could not receive the order earlier.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides, considering the same, petitioner is allowed to surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The other parts of the order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this application is allowed with the above direction.
