The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Mahila (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018, G.R. No. 1625 of 2018 for offences under Sections 498A/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to pay Rs.5000/- per month as interim alimony to the informant subject to the final outcome of the pending divorce case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68347 of 2018(3) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mahila (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2018 on the condition of payment of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) per month to the informant subject to the final outcome of the pending divorce case and further conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
