2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner did not entice away the daughter of the informant. As a matter of fact, he was in love and affection with the alleged victim and she went with the petitioner with her own sweet will. His further submission is that the victim and the petitioner themselves came to the police station which shows that the intention of the petitioner is

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail by submitting that the victim is a minor girl and in her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC, she has supported the prosecution case.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the period of incarceration, i.e., near about one year, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, 1st, Bhojpur at ARa in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
