2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 17517 of 2018 which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.08.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has no instruction about the stage of the main case i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 17517 of 2018.

4. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to restore the main application. Accordingly, this restoration application is dismissed.

5. However, the petitioners are given liberty to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
