2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.05.2017 passed by the learned J.M. 1st class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No.121 of 2017, whereby the cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 504, 406 and 418 of IPC.

3. On the basis of letter dated 21.08.2025 of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur (East) (at flag 'R1'), the office has reported that the charges have been framed and the
