JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 382 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The police has arrested the petitioner in Madhepura P.S. Case No. 435 of 2015 and recorded his confessional statement. Thereafter, petitioner has been implicated in the instant case. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.65656 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S.
