The petitioner seeks bail in Piro Police Station Case No. 235 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that there is no recovery from his possession and there has not been Test Identification Parade despite his arrest on 19.07.2018, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, Chhotan Kumar @ Chhotak Kumar @ Deepak Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned 1st A.C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in Piro P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018.
