JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 21-01-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that under similar circumstances in case of Nirendra Kumar and others in the proceedings arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 11008 of 2014, this Court has directed the District Education Officer, Patna to examine the claim of the petitioners therein for grant of Matric trained scale.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioners would be approaching respondent no. 8 in respect of their claim for

Patna High Court CWJC No.24232 of 2019 dt.21-01-2020 3/3 grant of Matric trained scale by way of filing a detailed representation.

In view of such limited prayer, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Petitioners will make their representation within two weeks. Thereafter, District Education Officer, Siwan (Respondent No. 8) would be obliged to consider their claim in accordance with law and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within three months thereafter.
