2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur (O.P. Rustampur) P.S. Case No. 99/2023 registered under Sections 420, 509(ii)/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 04.05.2023 by the informant, Vijay Rai.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that in a coaching institute of Raja Ram Yadav, his brother (this petitioner) was a teacher .who used to talk with the victim girl. Later, he started blackmailing through facebook and created forged marriage certificate, false newspaper article and due to this disturbance, the marriage of his daughter earlier could not be performed and once again the same thing was created so that no

4. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to convince that now the marriage has been performed on 04.05.2023 and the girl is happily married without any disturbance on his part, the fact remains that as per the allegation, he tried his level best to see to it that the marriage of the girl fails.

5. In that background, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
