2. The petitioner has sought for recalling the order dated 09.10.2018 passed in M.A. No. 367 of 2016. Copy of the order dated 09.10.2018 for dismissing for non-prosecution is not produced along with the present MJC No. 4912 of 2019. Resultantly, the present MJC No. 4912 of 2019 cannot be entertained in the absence of production of copy of the order dated 09.10.2018.

3. Accordingly, present MJC No. 4912 of 2019 stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with a liberty to file fresh MJC while producing copy of the order
