1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is for quashing the order passed by the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S. Kaimur (Bhabhua) contained in Letter V 04-20/871/ Ji. Pro. dated 02.09.2021, addressed to Child Development Project officer, Bhabhua (Kaimur) contained in Annexure pursuant to which Child Development Project Officer, Bhabhua (Kaimur) vide its letter no. 460/ Bal. Bi. dated 07.09.21 contained in Annexure whereby he/she has informed

Patna High Court CWJC No.2013 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 the petitioner that as per order passed by Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C. no. 13282/2011, her selection for the post of Anganwari Sevika for Anganwari Center Betari-2, Code no. 49 had been cancelled and a direction is being given to her that after receipt of the aforesaid letters, within two days she must hand over all the Articles which have been supplied to her by the office for conducting the aforesaid center, be handed over to newly appointed Anganwari Sevika Smt. Sarita Kuer within the time allowed to her to handover the charge."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
