2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 08.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70952 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to misunderstanding in reading and understanding of the order of this Hon'ble Court, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner- Mr. Gobardhan Sah @Gobardhan Kumar Sah and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 08.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.70952 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.
