Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304 (B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be maternal mother-in-law of the deceased and allegedly, she along with others used to torture the deceased. Furthermore, the informant claimed in his written report that petitioner had illicit relation with the husband of the deceased. However, petitioner is in jail custody since 02.08.2018 and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in jail custody.
