NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State, the learned counsel for respondent no. 4, the Rural Institute, Birauli, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner retired from the post of Lecturer on 30.11.2015 from the Rural Institute, Birauli. He claims his retiral benefit, including earned leave, provident fund, group insurance and arrears of difference of second ACP and MACP amount. He submits that no dues certificate has already been issued, but, till date his retiral benefits has not been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.20937 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Considering the prayer and claim, made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, the Director, Higher Education Department, Government of Bihar, which will be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. If any, amount is admissible, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a month thereafter. If some dues are not admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post. With these directions and observations, this writ application is disposed of.
