2. In view of the order dated 17.07.2023, the Eviction Suit No. 31 of 2019 is being heard on day to day basis by the Munsif, Patna City. The same must be disposed of within the time given by this Court without unnecessary adjournment to either side. The petitioner is aged about 80 years. It has been submitted on his behalf that the tenant-respondent is disturbing the petitioner by creating disturbance i.e., by playing loud music and other activities.

3. The S.H.O., Agamkuan is directed to visit the shop in question and see to it that the landlord is not disturbed by the tenant who is in possession of the shop but that will not give him any right to disturb the peaceful life of a 80 years old person. If the police finds that the respondent-tenant is

4. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX or e-mail forthwith which shall be communicated to the SHO, Agamkuan, Patna for compliance of the order.

5. In view of the above, the application stands disposed of.
