2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 294 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact the country made pistol is said to have recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner has been recovered by the villagers and not by the police. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. A perusal of the F.I.R. as also from paragraph-4 of the petition, the submission of the petitioner does not appear to be corroborated.

5. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
