JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Mr. Ratan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that a sum of Rs.40,000/- (forty thousand) has been deposited in the Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar School Examination Board has produced the original answersheets of all the subjects of the petitioner of matriculation examination held by the Board in 2018 in sealed cover. Let the sealed cover be opened.

The petitioner herself is present in the Court. She has been given an opportunity to inspect her own answer-sheets. She accepts that the answer-sheets are her. However, no discrepancy could be pointed out in the theory papers in the matter of award of marks by the examiners of the Bihar School

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there may be discrepancies in the objective type questions since, according to him, upon scrutiny the petitioner's marks has been increased by 11.

I am not inclined to entertain such submission in view of absence of any pleading in this regard.
