The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are even not named in the FIR. Their names surfaced subsequently. There is land dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are not named in the FIR, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76623 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.
