The petitioner has come to this Court with a prayer that he is being paid provisional pension and the final pension has not been determined.

If that be so, the petitioner is well advised to approach the respondent no. 5 for redressal of his grievances by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed off by a reasoned order by the respondent no. 5 within a period of eight weeks thereafter and
