Petitioners are in custody in connection with Vaishali Sadar P.S. Case No. 205/18 for the offence under section 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law. They are in custody since 5.4.2018.

Learned counsel further submits that husband of the deceased is in jail.

Considering the fact that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law and they are in custody since 5.4.2018, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63976 of 2018(4) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali Sadar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2018.
