The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.453 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 216 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that no incriminating article is alleged to have been recovered from the person or possession of the petitioner and a similarly circumstanced co-accused Gautam Kumar @ Gautam Kumar Singh has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.74317 of 2019, the prayer for bail is allowed.
