2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
3. According to F.I.R., one Raushan Kumar was apprehended with Triprolidine Hydrochloride and Codine Phosphate Syrup who disclosed that the seized articles belongs to this petitioner.
4. It is submitted that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of Raushan Kumar. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized articles. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District and Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Harlakhi P. S. Case No. 243 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
