2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420,465,468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner got executed sale deed by late husband of the complainant by impersonating another person who already died on 16.12.2017.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute is purely of civil nature for which Title suit no. 105 of 2023 is already pending between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 831 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
