2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 40 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S Act.

3. This is the second attempt for granting bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected vide order dated 18.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 24109 of 2023.

4. Allegation against the petitioner is that 3.159 Kg Ganja has been recovered from the petitioner and he is in custody since 05.02.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing

No.86480 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge Munger in Kotwali P.S.Case No 40 of 2023. 6.This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance in Munger Muffasil Police Station on first Sunday of every month.
