Petitioner's claim is that on 16.5.2011 his services were engaged on a part time basis for performing the duties of Nightguard. Petitioner's Counsel submits that by Annexure 7 he has made representation to the Manager of the Corporation at Lakhisarai, for taking back his services which were later dispensed with. There is no detail as to when the services of the petitioner was dispensed with by the Corporation. No right has been shown to claim such reinstatement as admittedly the petitioner's engagement

Patna High Court CWJC No.24593 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 was on part time basis on a fixed remuneration of Rs. 1000/- per month.

The writ petition does not make out any enforceable claim. The same is dismissed.
