The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for his transfer as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teachers Transfer (Disciplinary, Action and Promotion) Rules, 2018.

Without entering into merits of the case, I dispose of

Patna High Court CWJC No.23507 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 the present writ petition with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to consider the case of petitioner for transfer in accordance with law as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5 (kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teachers Transfer (Disciplinary, Action and Promotion) Rules, 2018 within a reasonable period, preferably, within three months.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
