2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 05.11.2018, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 87 of 2019 arising out of Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 251 of 2018 having earlier been rejected by order dated 13.06.2019 in Cr. Misc No. 36480 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the recovery of one loaded revolver with four live cartridges from his person. It is further submitted that in any event, the petitioner has already suffered

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77004 of 2019(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 about one and half years in custody. The petitioner is accused in one prior case in which he is on bail.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 05.11.2018, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 87 of 2019 arising out of Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 251 of 2018, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
