The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 8119 of 2019, arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 143, 147, 323, 419, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 32(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching car.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.08.2019. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
