The issue raised in the present application is no more res integra. Similar issue was decided by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 13362 of 2017 and C.W.J.C. No. 17377 of 2017 contained

Patna High Court CWJC No.20409 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 in Annexures 10 and 11.

Considering the aforesaid, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in light of the order contained in Annexure 10 and 11.
