2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 473 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The trial is going on and two witnesses have been examined but they are declared hostile. The informant is yet to be examined.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2023.

6. In these circumstances, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4490 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions JudgeIX, Bettiah at West Champaran to release the petitioner on bail if the informant also turns hostile in the trial on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, IX, Bettiah, West Champaran.
