1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case no.115 of 2023 registered under sections 307, 379, 354B, 341, 323, 324, 448, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that over a trivial dispute, the petitioner assaulted her brother with a danda as also the informant leading to serious injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Even accepting the allegations levelled in the F.I.R. for the sake of argument, it would be evident that the reason for the occurrence is a trivial dispute between the parties. 5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner being in custody for 7 months since 31.7.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case no.115 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge V-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Hajipur, Vaishali.
