2. The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to give protection as per law to permit vehicles holder and enforce the law against the without permit vehicles

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ to commanding the respondent authorities to strictly prohibit without permit or rural subway permitted light vehicles (likes three wheeler, erickshaw) in Nagar Parisad Masaudhi bus stand as well as main road Masaudhi at time of permitted public transport/bus."

The present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has made several representations (Annexures P/4 to P/8) ventilating his grievance before the competent authority i.e. Respondent No. 6, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 6 to consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. In case, the petitioner wants to make any fresh representation, he is permitted to do so within a period of four weeks from today and the same shall be considered along with the other representations made by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
